Cafe Rouge: Positioning for kids
Café Rouge required a targeted campaign to attract more families with younger kids to their Center Parcs restaurants. The main focus was to create a colourful and compelling story that captivated kids and convinced parents that Café Rouge would be a fantastic experience for everyone.
We created a family of colourful and engaging foody characters with a key consideration to retain and evoke the trusted Café Rouge brand essence. The characters then took on a playful life of their own through the customer journey – highlighting deals, creating menu stand out, introducing activities and always conveying a fun, quality, trusted tone.
